Here at Brooks, we aim to provide the most delicious and smooth Gelato using quality ingredients and Italian flavours! Our ‘Pure Milk’ Gelato is our signature flavour here at Brooks as we don’t add any extra  flavours- only our great tasting milk! Perfect accompaniment with a Sticky Toffee Pudding!
