This is Phil, the Farm Manager at Barton Brook Dairy and chief Gelato maker here at Brooks!

This is Sara and David (Phils Parents) who are the 2nd generation of farmers who help run the farm alongside Phil. 

When they're not busy feeding the 

calves or making Gelato, you'll usually find them at a Preston North End match!

We are 3rd generation farmers here at Barton Brook Dairy, working hard to keep our award winning herd of 120 milking cows healthy and happy.

To bring you the best product possible, we like to use the most innovative farming practices. This has led to us installing a robotic milking parlour and building our lovely little herd their very own barn to relax and to express their natural behaviours!
